Olympic Decline Bench – FW 1003

The Olympic Decline Bench is used to target the sternal head (also known as the lower pec) of the pectoralis major muscle. In addition to lower pecs, this exercise also engages the:

  • Triceps brachii (the back-side of the upper arm).
  • Biceps brachii (the front-side of the upper arm).
  • Anterior deltoid (the front of the shoulder).
