The frames of benches and racks are coated with an electrostatic epoxy powder coat finish applied in a powder form and heat cured to assure maximum adhesion and durability. We offer the option to customize the frame color as per your theme, and you can opt for matt or glossy frame finish.
The cushions used are of 40 mm hard rebound deformation resistant foam mounted on a 12 mm thick ply sheet.
The premium quality foam has denser filling that doesn’t compress after repeated use which means the seats stay firmer for longer. This makes them robust and suitable for a high volume commercial gym environment. Premium quality, ultradurable rexine is stitched with perfection.

Seat and Upholstery:
The cushions are made using premium foam that has denser filling which doesn’t compress after repeated use, as they are made of 40 mm hard rebound deformation resistant foam mounted on a 12 mm thick ply sheet. Rexine that is used is of premium quality that is durable and is stitched to perfection.
The seats stay firm for a longer period of time making them robust and suitable for a high volume commercial gym environment.
Hand Grips, Aluminum Knobs and Caps:
Hand grips are non-absorbing as well as wear and tear resistant as they are made of extruded Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). Knobs used are of SS grade and cold forged to ensure strength and long life of the equipment.
Hard anodized aluminum knobs, end caps and metal shrouds add to the appearance and durability of the machine.
